Terms and Conditions for the “Win Signed Oasis Guitars” Competition

  1. Eligibility
  • The competition is open to is of the UK aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Mounts and Frames Manchester and  their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • Proof of age and residency may be required.

 

  1. How to Enter
  • To enter, participants must purchase a raffle ticket.
  • Multiple entries per person is allowed.

 

  1. Competition Period
  • The competition opens on 11.07.25 and closes at 30.07.25.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
  1. Prize Details
  • The prize consists of three prizes.
    • 1 signed by Noel and Liam Gallagher
    • 1 signed by Noel Gallagher
    • CD signed by Noel and Liam Gallagher
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification
  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
  • The draw will take place on 31.07.25
  • The winner will be notified by email or phone within 1 day of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  1. Publicity and Data Protection
  • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with Mounts and Frame’s privacy policy.
  1. General Conditions
  • The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • The organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
  • The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The organiser is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures or for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
